<p>Position Summary</p><p>As the core owner of the technical delivery team, you will work closely with the IT PO to translate business requirements efficiently and effectively into implementable technical solutions. You own the full project lifecycle delivery to ensure objectives are met within scope, schedule, cost, and quality constraints, while continuously improving delivery efficiency.<br />_______________________________________________________________________________________</p><p>Job Responsibilities<br />1. Requirement Clarification & Feasibility Assessment<br />o Collaborate with IT PO to clarify business requirements from a technical perspective; translate business pain points and user stories into clear technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and non functional requirements.<br />o Conduct technical feasibility, resource, dependency, and risk analysis for requirements; deliver professional evaluation conclusions and alternative solutions.<br />2. Delivery Planning & Resource Coordination<br />o Develop iteration plans, key milestones, and resource Gantt charts based on business priority and release roadmap defined by IT PO.<br />o Coordinate development, testing, and external vendor resources; provide trade off proposals among scope, schedule, and cost to IT PO when resource conflicts arise.<br />3. Project Execution & Risk Management<br />o Organize daily standups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team progresses on track.<br />o Proactively identify delivery risks including technical challenges, dependency blockages, and resource changes; escalate to IT PO in a timely manner and jointly develop mitigation plans.<br />4. Quality Control & Acceptance Coordination<br />o Establish automated testing pipelines and quality gates; trigger UAT by IT PO upon completion of technical acceptance.<br />o Provide test reports and UAT support to IT PO; coordinate quick fixes for UAT issues to ensure smooth business sign off.<br />5. Release & Operational Handover<br />o Organize release review meetings, implement canary / blue green deployment, and ensure complete monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.<br />o Hand over full deliverables, deployment manuals, and known issues list to IT PO and operations team; clarify SLA and support handover process.<br />6. Delivery Metrics & Continuous Improvement<br />o Regularly report delivery performance (lead time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, etc.) to IT PO to support demand management and value optimization.<br />o Conduct project retrospectives to identify bottlenecks; jointly define and implement improvement actions with IT PO.<br />___________________________________________________________________________________________</p><p>Required Skills & Experience<br />* 5+ years of experience in IT project management or delivery management, including at least 2 years working closely with IT POs, product managers, or business stakeholders.<br />* Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps delivery processes; proficient with tools such as Jira, ZenTao, TAPD.<br />* Basic technical literacy: understand common concepts including microservices, databases, and cloud services; able to communicate smoothly with engineering and operations teams on solutions and progress.<br />* Excellent expectation management, conflict resolution, and cross team facilitation skills; able to balance business needs and technical constraints.<br />Preferred Qualifications<br />* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe.<br />* Hands on experience building delivery metrics systems or continuous delivery pipelines from scratch.<br />* Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management (ITSM).</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
