<p>We are seeking for IT Product Manager - Contractor, Base in Shanghai.</p><p><br />Job Description:</p><p>* 5+ years' experience of Digital Product Manager, direct experience and fluency with the broader digital landscape and to-C digital channels especially mobile platforms<br />* Extensive experience to act as a product manager in a cross-functional agile delivery team; ability to work with Design, Engineering and QA partners to define and implement enhanced/new mobile functions and customer experiences<br />* Strong ability in delivering product user stories/requirements documents and articulating necessary details to other scrum team members; experience in setting up, using, and maintaining key tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.<br />* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret and translate data into key learnings and execution plans that drive business results<br />* Experience in applying AI tools to craft product requirements, validate ideas, and build early-stage product prototypes. Actively explores new AI capabilities to improve efficiency, creativity, and decision-making across the product lifecycle.<br />* Customer-obsessed and creative mindset that capitalizes on user data to make step-change experience improvements to platforms, products and features<br />* Compliance acumen - experience in managing security, privacy, and compliance initiatives for Mobile Apps. <br />* Verbal and written bilingual communication skills.
