<p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>A world-leading retail group.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>C-End Application Matrix Management: Oversee BAU projects for all consumer-facing applications (APP, mini-programs, Web, etc.), prioritize requirements, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the central hub to efficiently coordinate business stakeholders, product &amp; tech teams, designers, QA, and external vendors, driving cross-departmental collaboration and alignment.</li><li>Full Project Lifecycle Management: Define project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks to ensure smooth execution from initiation to launch, supporting daily operational goals.</li><li>Cross-Cultural Communication: Participate in global or regional project meetings, utilizing fluent English for project reporting, requirement alignment, and issue resolution.</li><li>Team Empowerment &amp; Conflict Resolution: Leverage high emotional intelligence and empathy to handle team conflicts, foster a positive and efficient collaborative environment, and boost team productivity.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your skills and experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in the internet industry, with a proven track record in managing BAU or iterative projects for consumer-facing applications (APP, mini-programs, etc.).</li><li>Large-Scale Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading large, complex projects with mature multi-stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating intricate cross-functional collaboration scenarios.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken English, able to communicate and present seamlessly as the working language (candidates with MNC or overseas project experience are preferred).</li><li>Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), outstanding communication and coordination skills, and empathy.
