<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>· Lead the entire sourcing function, including material sourcing, vendor management, and production coordination.<br />· Drive bargain power and cost negotiation to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality.<br />· Partner with the China General Manager to align local operations with global brand strategy.<br />· Manage a team of ~30 across sourcing team.<br />· Bring new ideas and experience to optimize the supply chain, especially in activewear, women's wear, and intimate apparel.<br />· Work with major brand partners and sourcing offices (retail brand) to benchmark and improve processes.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>· Must-have: Garment/apparel industry experience.<br />· Proven track record in material sourcing and supplier negotiation.<br />· Familiarity with activewear, plus-size women's wear, and/or intimate apparel.<br />· Experience managing offshore/China production and working with US/EU brands.<br />· Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
