<p><strong>Basic Profile</strong></p><ul><li>≥ 5 years working, good English reading/writing ability, willing to accept long term travel (≥6 months/Year)</li><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>Familiar with QMS requirements (ISO9001), practical experience and skills in QMS audit, process audits</li><li>Familiar with electronica manufacturing operation or system's development, experience from CNC, Anodizing, Assembly is preferred</li><li>Understand some algorithms of data manipulations and data analysis, can use JMP/minitab or other tools for data analysis and data audit</li><li>Family with Python language can use python coding is preferred, proficient in the use of various data analysis modules</li><li>Rich experience on supplier management and supplier development as a SQE</li><li>Quality/manufacturing experience from Apple supply chain is preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p><p>Key Service Requirements</p><ul><li>Strong quality related working experience with systematic problem solving sense, be able to lead critical issue resolving individually</li><li>Professional at quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR.</li><li>Professional on process audit or quality system audit, supplier audit experience is preferred</li><li>Strong mechanical process knowledge is necessary, with physical cosmetic inspection experience is preferred</li><li>Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes Soft Skills</li><li>Good communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and other team</li><li>Seeking improvement opportunity, can participate and contribute systemic improvement activities with team</li><li>Strong data analysis/measurement experience are preferred, have ability to coach/support other auditor</li><li>Clear and logical reporting, know how to use chart/table to support reporting</li></ul><p>Service Description</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key deliverables will include:</strong></p><p>In line Quality Audit</p><ul><li>Arrange or follow the audit plan</li><li>Quality Audit: Perform process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa audit by following released documents or special requirement including but not limit to PQP, DFM, SIP, SOP, or other industrial standard.</li><li>Audit training to vendor</li></ul><p>Issue/Finding Follow up</p><ul><li>Communication/negotiation with vendors/cross function team on the issues/findings; Escalation in case any critical issue happened</li><li>Drive efficient root cause &amp; corrective actions against the issues/findings, perform on site verification/validation accordingly</li><li>Lead critical issue resolving in vendor site</li></ul><p>Report &amp; Framework of systematic method/solutions</p><ul><li>Timely meeting/reporting with oversea manager is required, for audit performance rating, issue/finding updates, Monthly/quarterly/Annual reports etc.</li></ul><p>Support other works as on site quality/safety audit rep</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
