<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>On site audit planning, execution, reporting and issues closure as leader auditor to ensure process &amp; product is in compliance with Apple requirements</li><li>Perform Process/Dimension/Cosmetic/Kappa audit by following released documents or special requirement including but not limit to DFM, SIP, SOP…</li><li>Use data tools to analysis and audit vendors production &amp; product data, identify potential data manipulation issues.</li><li>Co-work with Apple quality/technical team to drive major/critical audit issues' investigation and implement systematic improvement solutions with vendors</li><li>Develop and improve vendors' MES/QMS system to enhance data integrity and compliance</li><li>Regular vendors' quality audit performance assessment, including audit scorecard, weakness and advantages</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Basic Profile </p><ul><li>Willing to accept long term travel</li><li>Bachelor or above degree.</li><li>≥ 5 years working experience</li><li>Good in both writing and oral English.</li><li>Familiar with QMS requirements (ISO9001), practical experience and skills in QMS audit, process audits, product audit</li><li>Familiar with electronical manufacturing operation or system's development, experience from CNC, surface finishing, molding, Assembly is preferred.</li><li>Understand some algorithms of data manipulations and data analysis, can use JMP/mini-tab or other tools for data analysis and data audit.</li><li>Family with Python language can use python coding is preferred, proficient in the use of various data analysis modules</li><li>Rich experience on supplier management and supplier development as a SQE</li><li>Quality/technical experience from Apple supply chain is preferred</li><li>Naked eye eyesight ＞ = 4.8, no color blindness</li></ul><p> </p><p>Technical Expertise </p><ul><li>Professional at quality tool knowledge and application like 8D, CPK, GRR, FMEA, SPC</li><li>On hands experience on problem solving using 8D/Six sigma tools</li><li>Experience in manufacturing processes of mechanical/electrical components, cosmetic/surface finishing knowledge is necessary, with physical cosmetic inspection experience.</li><li>Dimension measurement tools and GD&amp;T understanding is preferred</li><li>Robust mathematical or computer science knowledge, coding skill by python is preferred, data analysis skill required, familiar with tools, such as JMP, Minitab, Tableau.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Soft Skills</p><ul><li>Proactive and logical communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and other Apple team</li><li>Conflict management</li><li>Risk based thinking</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
