<p><strong>Company:</strong></p><ul><li>Our client is a medical Device Company.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>Sales Order &amp; Platform Management</p><ul><li>Responsible for full-scope sales order operation in strict compliance with contracts and internal policies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.</li><li>Manage daily platform operations aligned with contractual obligations and KPI targets; support and coach platform teams to meet service standards.</li><li>Ensure platforms are promptly and accurately informed of pricing and promotional updates; collaborate with Finance to deliver timely pricing and promotion details.</li><li>Maintain 100% accurate and efficient pricing in the SAP system.</li></ul><p>Inventory &amp; Vendor Management</p><ul><li>Manage import processing and scheduling, handling escalations and dedicated issues.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels in SAP, ensuring effective stock management, cycle counting, and scrap product process control.</li><li>Lead unit forecasting process and provide high-quality analysis to key stakeholders.</li><li>Identify potential shortages or excesses, coordinate shipping adjustments accordingly.</li><li>Ensure inventory compliance with QA, Accounting, customs, and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, contract renewals, and monthly charge settlements.</li><li>Conduct annual audits or evaluations for all vendors.</li><li>System &amp; Process Support</li><li>Support local system optimization</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requires:</strong></p><ul><li>3 years of relevant experience</li><li>Advanced SAP skills</li><li>​Professional working proficiency in English</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
