This role will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive <strong>requirements gathering, business analysis, functional design, data requirement design, and prototype development</strong> for digital products and internal systems.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have solid experience in <strong>business requirements analysis, product design, and project coordination</strong>, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical delivery. Candidates with a <strong>pharmaceutical background</strong> are highly preferred, while <strong>internet industry experience</strong> is also a plus.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support Product Managers in completing requirement analysis for internal system products and projects</li><li>Conduct requirements gathering, user research, business analysis, data requirement design, functional design, and prototype design</li><li>Produce key deliverables including prototypes, business requirement specifications, and other relevant product documentation</li><li>Initiate and lead workshops with users, business teams, and technical teams to deeply understand business needs and help define product development strategies</li><li>Analyze and prioritize product requirements, summarize milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks</li><li>Develop effective project推进 plans and detailed schedules, coordinate resources, and follow up on the full product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and launch</li><li>Ensure final deliverables meet business expectations and user needs</li><li>Follow compliance requirements and ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are properly executed</li><li>Support product quality management and system operation support</li><li>Focus on user experience and continuously optimize products through data analysis to improve user satisfaction and product adoption</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in <strong>Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or IT Management</strong></li><li><strong>3+ years of relevant experience</strong> in product requirements analysis, product management, or product operations</li><li>Pharmaceutical industry background is preferred; internet industry experience is a plus</li><li>Strong capability in digital project requirement gathering, business analysis, product design, and functional planning</li><li>Experience independently planning <strong>business process management systems</strong> or <strong>mobile app products</strong> is preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively</li><li>Able to provide clear and transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders</li><li>Strong logical thinking, business analysis capability, and multi-tasking / multi-project management skills</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Agile methodologies</strong> or experience working in Agile teams</li><li>Good understanding of the <strong>Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)</strong></li><li>Proactive, responsible, collaborative, and able to work well under pressure</li><li>Proficient in commonly used product and documentation tools such as <strong>Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Axure, and mind-mapping tools</strong></li><li>Familiar with project and collaboration tools such as <strong>JIRA</strong> and <strong>Confluence</strong></li><li>Strong proposal writing and PowerPoint presentation skills are preferred</li><li>Good written and spoken communication skills in <strong>both Chinese and English</strong></li><li>Overseas study experience is a plus</li><li><strong>English workable+</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
