Ensure stable deployment, high-quality delivery, and sustained customer satisfaction for our robotics products in North America, while building localized technical capabilities and service excellence.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build and manage the US-based technical team, overseeing talent acquisition, professional development, and performance management.</li><li>Lead technical solution design and reviews for large-scale and complex customer projects, ensuring architectures are robust, scalable, and field-ready.</li><li>Represent the company at North American industry conferences, technical forums, and executive-level technical discussions with key customers.</li><li>Establish and strengthen the company's technical reputation and brand influence across the US market.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Vision, or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>10+ years of experience in robotics or advanced equipment industries, with 5+ years of technical team management experience; cross-functional leadership is highly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated system-level expertise in at least one of the following areas:</li><li>Mobile robot (AGV/AMR) navigation and fleet management</li><li>Robotic arm control and motion planning</li><li>Robot perception, computer vision, or AI algorithm deployment</li><li>Complex electromechanical system architecture design</li><li>Proven experience managing technical teams in North America and deep familiarity with the US industrial automation and robotics ecosystem.</li><li>Strong systems thinking and business acumen, with the ability to directly align technical capabilities with business outcomes。</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
