Ensure achievement of regional sales goals through effective market layout, sales team management, and targeted marketing.</li><li>Develop regional brand promotion plans, utilize various marketing methods to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and loyalty, shaping a positive brand image to effectively drive sales performance.</li><li>Closely monitor market trends and competitor activities, conduct market research and analysis to provide valuable insights for product development, marketing, and sales strategies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with other internal departments (e.g., Central Marketing, Product, Clinical Education) to ensure smooth sales operations.</li><li>Identify and address risks in sales, commercial, and regional markets (market, credit, competition), developing preventive measures and contingency plans. Respond effectively to minimize business impact.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the company or within the business unit.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above; MBA or related management degree preferred.</li><li>Strong business communication skills; proficiency in English or Japanese is a plus.</li><li>Relevant certifications or qualifications in the healthcare industry are preferred.</li><li>Certifications in project management, financial management, or related fields are preferred.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 5 years in team management.
