Act as key business strategic partner for China manufacturing operations, factory network, sales and project business; provide professional financial analysis, profitability improvement and commercial financial advice.</li><li>Joint Venture (JV) Financial Governance & Shareholder Management</li><li>Lead financial governance for multiple China joint ventures. Manage JV financial reporting, shareholder meetings, board presentation, JV profit distribution, investment review, annual business plan alignment and cross-shareholder negotiation.</li><li>Effectively balance interests between foreign parent company and local Chinese JV partners, ensure transparent, compliant and stable JV financial operation.</li><li>Full-Scope Financial Operation Management</li><li>Oversee regional P&L, balance sheet and cash flow management, annual budget, rolling forecast, month-end/year-end closing, group consolidation, financial statement preparation and global reporting. Ensure high-quality, accurate and timely financial delivery for global HQ.</li><li>Tax, Treasury & Risk Compliance</li><li>Lead China tax strategy, tax planning, cross-border arrangement, transfer pricing compliance, treasury management, fund pooling and cash optimization. Strictly control financial risk, legal risk, compliance risk for all subsidiaries and JVs.</li><li>Internal & External Audit & Control System Building</li><li>Establish and optimize China financial SOP, internal control system and manufacturing financial management system. Lead internal audit, external audit, SOX & group compliance requirements, ensure full compliance with both global group policy and Chinese local regulations.</li><li>Stakeholder Management & Cross-Cultural Communication</li><li>Serve as key financial spokesperson for China region.
