Join our team as a QA Manager and drive the full lifecycle of IT quality assurance to ensure our software, systems, and platforms meet the highest standards of excellence and reliability.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>IT QA System Development &amp; Optimization</p><ul><li>Build, enhance, and maintain the IT QA quality assurance framework, including standards, SOPs, and quality assessment metrics, tailored to software development, system integration, and platform operations.</li><li>Lead the alignment of quality systems with industry regulations (e.g., ISO9001, CMMI), compliance standards, and client expectations through continuous review, audit, and refinement.</li></ul><p>IT Quality Project Management</p><ul><li>Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects across IT development, testing, and go-live, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and execution to monitoring and review.</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, allocate resources (across QA, development, testing, and operations), define milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.</li><li>Champion root cause analysis and closed-loop corrective actions for major defects and compliance risks, using structured methods such as 8D and 5 Whys, reducing recurrence rates.</li></ul><p>End-to-End IT Quality Control</p><ul><li>Manage and control IT product quality through all major phases: requirements review, development, test execution, deployment, and production operations.</li><li>Design and implement inspection, sampling, and quality monitoring processes, ensuring adherence to standards at each stage.</li><li>Analyze quality dlegata (defect rates, closure rates, coverage ratios, failure rates, customer complaints) to produce regular IT quality reports and identify improvement areas.</li><li>Oversee compliance with industry standards for data security and privacy, supporting regular compliance checks and remediation activities.</li></ul><p>Team Management &amp; Cross-Department Collaboration</p><ul><li>Lead and grow the IT QA team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and upskilling in QA tools and methodologies.</li><li>Work closely with R&amp;D, testing, product, operations, and business units to align on quality requirements, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive process improvements for efficient and effective quality management.</li><li>Liaise with external bodies (auditors, industry associations, global clients) in English to discuss IT quality processes, compliance, and audit requirements, securing buy-in for external quality mandates.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of IT QA experience, with at least 3 years in IT QA management, including hands-on IT quality project management (such as development quality, test optimization, compliance projects).</li><li>Proven track record of leading IT quality improvement and cross-department projects; deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of IT product development, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Familiar with key quality controls for the IT industry, related regulations, and standards (ISO9001, CMMI, data security compliance).
