We are seeking for Senior IT Product Manager(AI) - Contractor, Base in Shanghai.Job Summary We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Owner, Consumer Experience & AI Innovation to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key consumer and employee experience platforms across China. This role is responsible for driving digital products and capabilities spanning Customer Service Hub, Voice of Customer (VOC), Experience Hub, Wholesale Portal, and Store Lifecycle Management, ensuring seamless experiences across consumers, retail associates, wholesale partners, and internal operations. In addition, this role will act as a key catalyst for AI innovation, identifying, designing, and scaling AI-powered solutions, with a strong focus on AI Agents, workflow automation, operational intelligence, and business activation use cases. The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise, business acumen, AI innovation capabilities, and strong stakeholder leadership skills.
