Company Description<ul><li>Our client is a portfolio company in Insurance industry backed by a TOP PE firm</li></ul> Job DescriptionFinancial Controllership & Reporting<ul><li>Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis.</li><li>Maintain full ownership of GL, AP, AR, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations.</li></ul>Treasury & Cash Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term cash flow forecasting.</li><li>Manage bank relationships and maintain oversight of all banking facilities, signatories, and mandates.</li><li>Monitor and optimize working capital, including collection cycles for commission receivables and management of payables to referral partners and suppliers.</li></ul>Insurance Brokerage Accounting<ul><li>Oversee insurance brokerage accounting, including commission income recognition, commission receivables/payables, and related adjustments.</li></ul>ERP & Finance Systems Implementation<ul><li>Key stakeholder in ERP system selection, implementation, and optimization (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, NetSuite, or equivalent).</li><li>Translate finance and business requirements into system design and reporting structures.</li></ul> Requirements： <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.</li><li>Professional qualification preferred (CPA / ACCA / CA or equivalent).</li><li>8-12+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably within insurance brokerage, insurance intermediaries, insurance or regulated financial services.</li><li>Big 4 audit background (ACA / CA trained at a Big 4 firm) is strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management.</li></ul>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities. Key Strategic Responsibilities1. Sourcing Strategy & Supply Network Design· Develop and execute a multi-year category sourcing strategy that aligns with global brand ambitions, demand volatility, and margin targets. · Engineer a future-ready, resilient supplier matrix - balancing scale, specialty, and geographic concentration - to support both core replenishment and agile fashion drops. · Continuously scan the manufacturing ecosystem in China and Southeast Asia to proactively capture innovation, capacity shifts, and risk mitigation opportunities.2. Strategic Cost Leadership & Value Engineering· Move beyond transactional negotiation to total-cost-of-ownership optimization, leveraging clean-sheet costing, raw material hedging strategies, and supplier co-investment models. · Establish a center of excellence for cost analytics and should-cost modeling, driving fact-based negotiations that protect margin without compromising brand quality or sustainability credentials. · Forge strategic partnerships with Tier-1 and raw material suppliers to co-develop value-engineered fabrics and trims, securing exclusive capabilities and multi-season cost roadmaps.3. Business Partnership & Global Integration· Serve as a key thought partner to the China General Manager, co-creating the local operating blueprint and ensuring the sourcing function is a proactive enabler - not just a service center - of global go-to-market strategy. · Embed yourself within major brand partner and retail sourcing office networks, leading benchmarking exercises and translating external best practices into our operational DNA. · Act as the bridge between China operations and US/EU headquarters, ensuring transparency, strategic alignment, and the ability to influence upstream design and development decisions based on supply-side intelligence.4. Category Innovation & Supply Chain Modernization· Reimagine the supply chain for activewear, plus-size women's wear, and intimates by introducing pioneering approaches in on-demand manufacturing, nearshore-for-offshore hybrid models, and platform-based vendor collaboration. · Champion the adoption of digital sourcing tools, AI-driven trend forecasting integration, and smart factory linkages to compress lead times and elevate first-pass-yield quality. · Spearhead the sustainable sourcing agenda - embedding responsible material strategies, circular design partnerships, and transparent traceability into the core operating framework.5.
