China Indirect Procurement Head -General Service and Marketing

Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers.</li><li>Own the end-to-end supplier relationship management (SRM) process for critical suppliers within the categories.</li><li>Negotiate and manage master service agreements, statements of work, and contracts to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Business Partnering (20%):</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Marketing, Operations, HR, IT, and Finance.</li><li>Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, align procurement strategies with business objectives, and manage demand.</li><li>Champion the procurement process and foster a culture of compliance and value-focused purchasing across the organization.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on complex projects and sourcing events.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Excellence &amp; Team Leadership (10%):</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of category managers and sourcing specialists.</li><li>Drive the adoption of procurement technologies (e.g., eSourcing, P2P, CLM) and champion process improvements.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements (including sustainability and social responsibility goals).</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></span></p><p><strong>Essential:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
