<p>Responsibile: </p><ul><li>Develop and implement the APAC-wide strategic sourcing roadmap aligned with the company's global and regional business objectives.</li><li>Oversee strategic sourcing for a broad range of categories, including but not limited to:Direct Materials: Raw Ingredients ,Primary & Secondary Packaging. Indirect : Logistics (inbound/outbound), 3PL, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) & Spare Parts, CAPEX projects, and other indirect spend.</li><li>Conduct deep market analysis, risk assessments, and supplier benchmarking to inform strategy.</li><li>Manage the regional procurement budget and provide regular performance reports to senior management.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Qualifications and Experience:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
