We invest and develop advances in technology and employ the most creative people in the technology space, and then give them the support to constantly innovate, iterate, and serve consumers more directly and personally.</p><p>Greater China Global Architecture & PaaS team under Greater China Technology organization is aggressively hiring experienced technical solution architect who has deep knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the technical solution skillsets applied to</p><ul><li>eCommerce</li><li>Retail marketplace</li><li>Consumer marketing</li><li>Data engineering and analytics</li><li>Supply-chain operations and logistics</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Scope of work:</strong></p><ul><li>Work in Supply China Tech organization to lead and manage the execution of Tech initiatives</li><li>Focusing on China Supply Chain area and support China Supply Chain information initiative</li><li>Understand and collect business requirements and convert to IT language and solution</li><li>Coordinate the interface between different parties, various Supply Chain function team and tech team as well.</li><li>Project support as business system analyst during project initial phase.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Proactively engage with all China supply chain function stakeholders to make sure the right and consistent understanding of business needs and knowledge</li><li>Analyze and document business processes, study/research new process requests, and create processes flow diagrams</li><li>Provide consulting services, communicate and coordinate with business user, gather, validate, and document business requirements of various supply chain function, refine requirements and translation requirements into IT technical solutions</li><li>Act as IT subject matter expert in multi projects of China Supply Chain. Oversee the IT relevant tasks and work streams.</li><li>Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project in intake phase, which is under the guidance of project methodology</li><li>Understand and assist China business on project related changes on process, people and tools. Provide sufficient training and support to drive any IT related transitions.</li><li>Effectively communicate with both China Supply China function team and GC GOALTech. Work closely with engineering team, production support, be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and Tech Team.</li><li>Working with project team, monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high quality deliverable.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.</li><li>>5 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role</li><li>SAP S4 knowledge and experience is preferred.</li><li>Order Fulfillment management project experience is preferred.</li><li>Basic IT application architecture knowledge</li><li>Project management working experience is preferred.</li><li>Understand agile methodology.</li><li>Retail industry experience, supply chain knowledge is a plus</li><li>Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.</li><li>Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill.</li><li>Multi-tasker.</li></ul><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Robert Half Ltd is committed to equal opportunity and we value diversity at our company.
