In end of last year, they built up the finance BI team to do the finance data, system and tools digitalization, to help the business understand finance data in a more efficient way.</p><p>The ideal profile of the role is: Someone who is skilled of financial tools such as power BI or other visuable finance tools. Knowledge of FMCG industry. Good command of English.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Requirements Elicitation &amp; Analysis:</p><p>* Partner with finance and other business stakeholders (brand, sales, operations) to deeply understand their processes, pain points, and analytical needs.</p><p>* Conduct interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements.</p><p>* Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</p><p>Solution Design &amp; Validation:</p><p>* Collaborate with subproject owners, process owners, data experts, BI developers, and solution architects-both internal and external-to design solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability.</p><p>* Lead solution design discussions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving consensus on key decisions.</p><p>* Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize proposed solutions for stakeholder validation.</p><p>* Support the development of functional specifications and ensure seamless translation of business needs into technical design.</p><p>Data Analysis &amp; Insight Generation:</p><p>* Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data landscapes, identify data quality issues, and validate business assumptions.</p><p>* Support UAT by defining test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating that delivered solutions meet requirements.</p><p>Change &amp; Adoption Support:</p><p>* Support the development of user training materials and documentation.</p><p>* Assist in user training sessions and provide first-line support during project rollout.</p><p>* Gather user feedback post-implementation to inform continuous improvement.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.</p><p>Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industry.
