Ensure alignment with global roadmap.</li><li>Achieve comprehensive understanding of global RID, URS, Blueprint & proposed delivery model / BAU model</li><li>Map them with local requirements.</li><li>Based on global deliverables, facilitate program level discussions, work with business, IT, GERE and Siemens stakeholders to incorporate local needs, & convert them into tangible deliverables for Wu Xi program.</li><li>Support other pre-planning activities in Manufacturing workstream.</li></ul><p>Year 2026 & onwards:</p><ul><li>PDM activities: Agree and deliver plans for Manufacturing (PAS-X, Historian, SIPAT) sub-project for Wu Xi Expansion.
