Key Strategic Responsibilities1. Business Partnership & Global Integration· Serve as a key thought partner to the China General Manager, co-creating the local operating blueprint and ensuring the sourcing function is a proactive enabler - not just a service center - of global go-to-market strategy. · Embed yourself within major brand partner and retail sourcing office networks, leading benchmarking exercises and translating external best practices into our operational DNA. · Act as the bridge between China operations and US/EU headquarters, ensuring transparency, strategic alignment, and the ability to influence upstream design and development decisions based on supply-side intelligence.4. Category Innovation & Supply Chain Modernization· Reimagine the supply chain for activewear, plus-size women's wear, and intimates by introducing pioneering approaches in on-demand manufacturing, nearshore-for-offshore hybrid models, and platform-based vendor collaboration. · Champion the adoption of digital sourcing tools, AI-driven trend forecasting integration, and smart factory linkages to compress lead times and elevate first-pass-yield quality. · Spearhead the sustainable sourcing agenda - embedding responsible material strategies, circular design partnerships, and transparent traceability into the core operating framework.5.
