Independently prepare essential deliverables such as PRDs, communication flowcharts, content prototypes (e.g., social seeding copy templates and UGC guidance), and other key documentation.</li><li>End-to-End Project Management:<br /> Manage the full lifecycle of VOCM or Social Seeding projects (from requirements gathering, strategy formulation, content production, channel distribution, to performance analysis). Coordinate internal and external teams (e.g., business/brand stakeholders, marketing/social media teams, KOLs/KOCs, designers, developers, data analysts, compliance, etc.) to plan and track project progress. Deliver high-quality results on time, meeting user insight or social engagement goals (e.g., exposure, engagement rate, conversion rate).</li><li>Data Monitoring & Performance Optimization:<br /> Monitor key metrics for VOCM (e.g., user feedback response rate, pain point resolution rate, NPS/CSAT) and Social Seeding (e.g., impressions, interaction rate, conversion rate, ROI). Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and optimize content strategies, distribution channels, or touchpoints through data-driven insights.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement & Prioritization:<br /> Collaborate with user research teams, frontline business departments (e.g., customer service, sales), or brand partners to collect user feedback (e.g., complaints, usage scenario feedback) or social seeding needs (e.g., product launch positioning, target audience preferences). Prioritize requirements using tools such as MoSCoW or KANO, and assess the feasibility of implementing strategic solutions.</li><li>Cross-Team Collaboration & Enablement:<br /> Assist marketing and operations teams in developing and executing Social Seeding strategies (e.g., building KOL/KOC networks, creating content distribution plans). Provide findings from user insights (VOCM) or social seeding training to help frontline teams better address user needs and optimize communication strategies.</li><li>Competitor and Industry Analysis:<br /> Study competitor VOCM systems (e.g., user feedback collection mechanisms, pain point resolution strategies) or Social Seeding tactics (e.g., influencer collaboration models, trending topics and platform trends). Present differentiated analysis reports and suggest innovative approaches tailored to industry trends (e.g., platform-specific content on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, or private domain user operations).</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in internet product management, user operations, or social marketing project management.
