The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of hands-on expertise in <strong>Supply Chain Management (SCM)</strong> modules within MSD365, with strong knowledge of <strong>Product Information Management (PIM)</strong>, <strong>Sales &amp; Marketing (Trade Agreements, Pricing)</strong>, <strong>Procurement</strong>, <strong>Sourcing</strong>, and <strong>Advanced Warehouse Management</strong>. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential to collaborate effectively with local and global teams.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Implement, configure, and optimize <strong>MSD365 SCM modules</strong> including Procurement, Sourcing, Advanced Warehouse, and PIM.</li><li>Support <strong>Sales &amp; Marketing processes</strong> with trade agreement setup and pricing strategies.</li><li>Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration aligned with business needs.</li><li>Provide functional consulting and advisory services to clients on SCM best practices.</li><li>Deliver end-user training, workshops, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCM processes with finance, operations, and other MSD365 modules.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Chinese stakeholders and global teams, ensuring clear communication in Mandarin and English.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.</li></ul><p><strong> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5-7 years of experience as an <strong>SCM Consultant</strong> with <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365</strong>.</li><li>Strong expertise in:</li><ul><li><strong>Product Information Management (PIM)</strong></li><li><strong>Sales &amp; Marketing (Trade Agreements, Pricing)</strong></li><li><strong>Procurement &amp; Sourcing</strong></li><li><strong>Advanced Warehouse Management</strong></li></ul><li>Proven track record of delivering MSD365 SCM implementations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in <strong>Mandarin and English</strong> (spoken and written).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.</li></ul><p><strong> Preferred Background</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with multinational clients or consulting firms.</li><li>Familiarity with integration of MSD365 SCM with other modules (Finance, HR, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of Chinese market practices and global supply chain trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Must Have Reqs </strong></p><ul><li>English and Mandarin speaker (Sonata Stakerholders based in India, Australia and US, need workable oral English)</li><li>D365 implementation experience</li><li>Supply Chain Module experience</li></ul><p><strong>Report to</strong>: Project Owner</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
