CRM Project Manager

Independently deliver key documentation including PRDs, business process flows, prototypes, and functional specifications while ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>End-to-End Project Management:<br /> Lead the full lifecycle of CRM system development (from requirement gathering, design, development, testing, go-live to iteration). Coordinate resources across departments (business units, product, vendors, Infra, security, compliance, etc.), create project plans, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality delivery within set timelines.</li><li>Data-Driven Optimization &amp; Monitoring:<br /> Define and monitor key CRM metrics (e.g., customer conversion rates, lead follow-up efficiency, user retention, and feature usage). Generate weekly and monthly data reports and utilize insights to optimize product features and business workflows.</li><li>Requirement Prioritization &amp; Feasibility Assessment:<br /> Collect feedback and new requirements regarding CRM system usage from business teams, prioritize using methodologies like the MoSCoW method or KANO model and evaluate the technical feasibility to balance business value with implementation costs.</li><li>Cross-Team Collaboration &amp; Enablement:<br /> Assist operations, sales, brand, and marketing teams in developing CRM feature adoption strategies (e.g., training plans, usage guides). Provide product training and hands-on support to improve front-line teams' efficiency in using the system.</li><li>Competitor Analysis &amp; Industry Insights:<br /> Regularly analyze competitor CRM functionalities and provide differentiation reports. Combine insights with industry trends (e.g., customer management in social ecosystems, niche user needs) to propose product enhancements and innovation strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in internet product/CRM system project management; successfully led at least one full-cycle CRM system project from 0 to 1, with expertise in C-end CRM scenarios (e.g., sales management, customer service, membership operations).</li><li>Proficient in the use of mainstream product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TAPD), and project management methodologies. Expertise in user journey mapping and business process modeling is required.</li><li>Strong data analysis abilities with hands-on experience using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau to build dashboards and conduct quantitative analysis of task outcomes.</li><li>Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product strategies and logic while driving collaboration across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Fluent in English, capable of seamless communication and collaboration in an international environment.</li><li>Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with mini-program development frameworks and experience in user growth projects.
