<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure architecture, delivering highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud platform solutions across Alibaba Cloud and AWS China.</li><li>Design and establish a Landing Zone architecture to standardize enterprise cloud governance, permission models, network topology, logging, and monitoring systems, ensuring compliance with global infrastructure requirements.</li><li>Drive the adoption of the Well-Architected Framework (WA) in business systems so that architecture meets five key dimensions: performance, security, cost efficiency, operability, and reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align cloud strategy and implementation with global standards and business goals.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications</span></strong></p><ul><li>Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective communication and collaboration with international technical teams.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud methodologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hybrid), cost management, automation, orchestration, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Ability to establish best practices for hybrid/multi-cloud DR, auto-scaling, and modern release strategies (blue-green/canary releases) based on business requirements.</li><li>Minimum 7 years' experience in cloud infrastructure architecture design and implementation, with hands-on expertise in Alibaba Cloud and AWS China; experience designing and implementing serverless architectures (including but not limited to AWS Lambda and Alibaba Cloud Function Computing).</li><li>At least 5 years' experience delivering Alibaba Cloud and AWS Landing Zone and Well-Architected (WA) projects; experience with Tencent Cloud is an asset.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in high-pressure, complex, and evolving environments.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
