<p><strong>Company Introduce</strong></p><ul><li>Our client is an industry fast-growing company who is looking for good talent to join the team</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>How You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>A key leadership role with regional impact, driving the success of China manufacturing operations.</li><li>Act as a strategic financial business partner for the dedicated business unit and overseeing all the finance operations in China</li><li>Consolidate, analyze, and report financial and statistical data (including budgeting, cost accounting, general accounting, and financial reporting).</li><li>Provide timely and accurate financial information to support operational management and decision-making.</li><li>Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for relevant cost centers and departments.</li><li>Analyze production costs, variances, and trends to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to define and track key performance indicators and operational drivers.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior finance staff as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with an international, high-performing team in a supportive and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Utilize financial systems to capture, consolidate, and analyze transactional and operational data.</li><li>Apply advanced financial and cost accounting concepts to evaluate performance, identify risks, and propose actionable recommendations.</li><li>Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements, cost efficiencies, and data quality enhancements.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and knowledge-sharing within the finance and operations teams.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who We Look For</strong></p><ul><li>University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
