Description

The Company

The Role

· Supports the development and continuous improvement of the company’s Global Compliance Program through monitoring

· Develops and continuously enhances the China Monitoring Program for both the company affiliate and Third Parties working on behalf of the company

· Supports the implementation and continuous development of the Monitoring Dashboard Tool within China

· Coordinates and monitors the execution of the compliance monitoring plan

· Manages and provides technical guidance to the Compliance Monitoring team

· Exercises independent judgment in the provision of guidance and advice to internal employees on E&C matters, and interactions with senior management, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders

· Identifies trends, areas of focus, attention points and revise accordingly the monitoring methodologies

· Leads the development of enhancement plans and monitors their execution

· Contributes towards HR on the definition of disciplinary actions and monitors their execution

· Reports outcomes, analytics and progress on action plans to the China Compliance Committee and Global Compliance Monitoring Director

· Works with other functions such as Finance Internal Controls, Accounting etc. to identify trends, areas of focus and attention points and ensures that those are properly dealt with

· Provides support to the Business Ethics Director China including support to update the Compliance Program based on risks identified and lessons learnt

· Supports Compliance Investigations

· Supports the development and continuous improvement of the company’s Third Parties Program monitoring within China

· Supports the deployment and execution of the Third Parties Annual Monitoring Plan within China

Your Profile

Experience / Qualifications:

· 5+ years’ experience in a Compliance and/or Internal Controls department

· 3+ years of experience with Compliance Monitoring

· Knowledge of the principles regulating business in general, and the Pharmaceutical Industry in particular

· Previous knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption controls environments

· Previous experience in a multinational and multicultural business environment is required

· Previous experience on policies and procedures development and implementation and compliance trainings is desirable

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, commitment to team work, and a willingness to adapt assignments to meet the company’s needs

· Previous experience of Power BI would be beneficial

· Fluency in speaking and writing English

· Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
