Oversee the IT relevant tasks and work streams.</li><li>Act as business system analyst, establish project to make consulted IT solution happen and support project in intake phase, which is under the guidance of project methodology</li><li>Understand and assist China business on project related changes on process, people and tools. Provide sufficient training and support to drive any IT related transitions.</li><li>Effectively communicate with both China Supply China function team and GC GOALTech. Retail PM <h4>The Company</h4>The company is a major Canadian manufacturer of athletic shoes, clothing/apparel, and sports equipment. Your skills and experience<ul><li>Communicating and working closely with various business and technical stakeholders to work out all necessary features and functionalities as well as scenarios of the next Generation of POS OMNI oriented (No matter it is based on Oracle XCenter/XStore suite or CN self design and develop solution compliant with the composite architecture) for CN region.</li><li>Work as the retail technology team BA as well as project BA supporting retail technology manager (as product / solution owner) as well as PM to work out the high quality BRD, PRD for project team to deliver.</li><li>Work closely together with technical design team and quality assurance team to assist with the development design as well as testing design fully following the BRD/PRD signed off.</li><li>Closely monitor the market change to ensure positive changes or emerging needs could be timely considered by product / solution owner for product upgrade.</li><li>Supporting product / solution owner to plan well the overall product roadmap (project phases) by placing different features in various releases based on their priorities.</li><li>Assist with the product / project quality assurance together with PM and QA team.
