RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Design and manage data processing pipelines, ensuring high data quality from ingestion to transformation.</li><li>Develop and apply data mining and statistical models to unearth insights for various analytical needs.</li><li>Innovate, test, and implement cutting-edge algorithms tailored to specific data science initiatives by adapting global solutions to the local context or creating new ones from the ground up.</li><li>Ensure models in production are current and optimized to mirror evolving business needs, making improvements as required.</li><li>Extract actionable insights and recommendations from analysis and reporting.</li><li>Partner with Maison to establish and oversee a business testing framework that quantitatively assesses the impact of initiatives.</li><li>Conducted ad-hoc a strategic, data-driven approach.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>A driven curiosity about data and its potential to generate insights, combined with analytical prowess and business insight.</li><li>Proficiency in programming (Python preferred) and analytics libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, etc.).</li><li>Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and familiarity with common algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest).</li><li>Proven track record in applying data science within enterprises, particularly in marketing, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain, or product development domains.</li><li>Skilled in creating insightful business reports from data analysis.</li><li>Experience with machine learning platforms (Dataiku preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of data preparation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau Prep) and graph databases/learning is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Dataiku is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (Mathematics, Operations Research, AI, Computer Science/Engineering).</li><li>Fluency in both Chinese and English.</li><li>Previous experience in retail/FMCG or consultancy is advantageous.</li></ul> Robert Half Ltd is committed to equal opportunity and we value diversity at our company.
