We are seeking a results-driven Financial Analyst to support our finance operations and drive performance across wholesale, brick-and-mortar, and e-commerce channels in China. You will collaborate with business leaders to provide actionable insights, enhance reporting processes, and help identify new opportunities to maximize profitability.</p><p>The Role</p><ul><li>Partner with the Finance Director and key stakeholders to support decision-making and financial performance.</li><li>Assist with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the brand.</li><li>Prepare monthly updates, forecasts, and profitability analyses for retail operations.</li><li>Consolidate and streamline key performance indicators and data on a monthly basis.</li><li>Develop financial models to evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities.</li><li>Address ad hoc analytical requests and challenges as they arise.</li></ul><p>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:</p><ul><li>Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for identifying core issues and overcoming system limitations.</li><li>Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Analytical mindset paired with excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Team-oriented, detail-focused, and self-motivated with the ability to manage tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably within the retail or wholesale sectors.</li><li>Experience with budgeting, consolidation processes, and business performance evaluation.</li><li>Familiarity with financial presentation preparation and retail profitability analysis.</li></ul><p>This is a 24-month outsourced position and immediately available candidates are more welcome to apply.</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
